I became a wedding photographer by accident. I had a passion for my photography hobby when our neighbours asked me to photograph their daughter’s wedding in 2005. It all just took off from there. By the next year I had given up my day job and became a full time professional photographer. Now, over 300 weddings later I can summarise what makes this job really special:

I document your day as it unfolds – naturally, without contrived poses or forced expressions. I want to tell your story and celebrate the joining of your hearts. I see the look in your eye as you gaze at each other, the way the light catches your hair and the details of your dress. I capture those little hidden moments which are easily missed in the fast paced excitement of the day. These are the pictures which tell your actual story. You will enjoy and re-live them every time you look through your album of personal, timeless images.

Once the ceremony itself is over, you can relax and enjoy the day a little more. We build on the relationship we have developed from your pre-wedding shoot - I encourage you to be yourselves, to enjoy the atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. You know I will move around, documenting the day with superb images of you and your guests.

For me, the best part of the day is the buzz of excitement and disbelief from everyone when they see the photographs - we show a preview set of a few dozen gorgeous images at the evening reception. The look on a bride’s face is priceless when she sees how wonderful her photographs are. Her friends have tears of joy. The delighted smile and hug from the groom as he knows his wife is over the moon with their photographs. The handshake from the Father of the Bride as we have captured his little girl’s special day with unforgettable images. These are the things which make this my chosen profession and make every wedding day unique.

The Rest of the Team

With two photographers working together you will get many more natural wedding images on your wedding day. People will be relaxed and at ease, not realising they are being photographed from afar.  There will be alternative angles on groups and events captured which you never saw on the day. Adam always works as the primary photographer, but another team member will be there to make sure every key moment is captured for you.
